1. Appointments & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits go toward your final service cost.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may result in a fee.

• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

3. Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of lash services:

• All services are non-refundable.

• If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and offer a possible correction.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose:

• Eye conditions

• Allergies

• Recent eye procedures

• Sensitivities

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may compromise client safety.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary depending on:

• Aftercare

We are not responsible for retention issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
