1. Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits go toward your final service cost.
Appointments are not confirmed until deposit/payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in a fee.
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
3. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of lash services:
All services are non-refundable.
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and offer a possible correction.
5. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose:
Eye conditions
Allergies
Recent eye procedures
Sensitivities
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may compromise client safety.
6. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary depending on:

Aftercare
Lifestyle factors
We are not responsible for retention issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
