WHAT TO EXPECT
You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details shortly after booking. A reminder will also be sent before your scheduled visit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
To ensure the best results, please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, or oily products around the eyes. Clean lashes allow the service to be performed properly and help achieve beautiful, long-lasting results. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend removing them before your appointment for your comfort.
Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule in order to maintain the schedule and provide the best experience for all clients.
During your visit, you can expect a clean, calm, and relaxing environment where your natural lashes are carefully enhanced using professional products and techniques. Many clients enjoy using this time to relax or even take a nap while their service is performed.
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that clients come to their appointment alone unless previously arranged, and that phones are placed on silent during the service.
Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your appointment to help you maintain your results and keep your lashes looking their best.
